DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong. For shipping outside Hong Kong, please contact us via Email, WhatsApp or Phone. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or the delivery address is located in the following districts Islands, North, Yuen Long, Tai Po, Tuen Mun, shipments may be delayed.
Delivery may be delayed if an incomplete or unserviceable address is provided. All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your specified billing address for each purchase of HK$500 or above (as specified under your invoice).
Free shipping is limited to designated areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and some areas, remote and outlying areas are subject to additional service charges or failure to provide delivery services.

There will be a delivery charge of HK$20 per order for the above areas.

Ap Lei Chau, Stanley, The Peak, Kam Tin, Kwu Tung, Lau Fau Shan, San Tin, Sheung Shui, Sham Tseng, Man Kam, Tuen Mun. There will be a delivery charge of HK$40 per order for the above areas.

Ta Kwu Ling, Lantau Island Tung Chung, Lantau Island Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island Discovery Bay, Lantau Island Disneyland, Ma Wan.
There will be a delivery charge of HK$100 per order for the above areas.

When you purchase for an amount of less than the specified amount, you may enjoy delivery service to your billing address at an additional charge specified by us. Should you have any inquiry about delivery, please contact us by WhatsApp.

DAMAGES
Bitos Asia Company Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

NON-DELIVERY AREA INCLUDED:
PO Box and hotels room (As Guest), The outlying islands include Lantau Island: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Shek Pik, Ngong Ping, Tai O, Cheung Chau,Peng Chau, Grass-Island, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Ninepin Island, Soko Islands, Kat O Chau, Hei Ling Chau and Lung Kwu

• If the delivery address does not have a lift direct, the maximum delivery floor is 3 floors (from the ground floor, with no more than 15 steps between each staircase),There will be an additional HK$30 upstairs fee per floor, with a separate quote for steps between the 4th floor or above.
• If you need to change the shipping date, you must change it early 2 days before worktime. If the shipping address is unknown, no one to receive the goods and need to be re-settled. For delivery, the customer is required to pay an additional HK$100 administrative fee. The new delivery date must be at least three working days after the change of delivery date for notification.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Warehouse pickup (applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s)) at the Warehouse located:
Suite F, 12/F, Wing Cheung Industrial Bldg, 109 How Ming St, Kwun Tong, Kowloon
Warehouse pickup is available on Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays.
• After your order has been accepted, we will notify you to pick up the products by sending a WhatsApp notification to the phone number provided during order confirmation. We are not responsible for any problem incurred by any input error provided by you.
• Once the order is confirmed, you are not allow to change the color or model of the selected product or to change to any other product except as agreed by us.
• When picking up your order, you must present the original invoice and the pickup notification for order and identity verification to the staff. The staff may require further information to verify your identity, such as your full name, phone number, Hong Kong ID/travel document, the original credit card used for online payment, valid transaction payment records provided by third-party payment platforms, or other personal information under your account.
• If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
• If the warehouse pickup is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the product in the warehouse on the next day when the warehouse is opened.
• After you pick up the item(s) purchased, you should verify the name of the item(s), gift(s) (if applicable), and the quantity of the item(s). When you sign for the goods, it will constitute your agreement that we have satisfactorily completed the delivery of the item(s) following the order
placed.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred or associated with the customer’s disclosure of pickup information to any third party.
• The pick-up records of our company shall prevail.
